"The best feature in NYC!"
March, 2016
My husband and I attended this broadway the first week of March 2016. We were a little skeptical as our favorite version of the show is the 25th anniversary show at the Royal Albert Hall. We were NOT disappointed with this broadwAy production in NYC. It was everything we expected and more and loved every minute of it. We purchased our tickets through Reserve NYC and got 2nd row seats for discounted prices!
Tip: Show up more than an hour early, lines can be long and hectic. You do not need to wait in the ticket box office line if you buy your tickets through here, just go straight in to the main entrance line.

"My favorite play on Broadway! !!!!"
July, 2015
The Phantom of the Opera is my all time favorite play and to have an opportunity to see it center stage just a couple of rolls back in New York City on Broadway is an experience like no other and I will remember this always. Couldn't have gotten this great seat if it hadn't been for reserve new york.
Tip: Arrive early and keep in mind that most of the theater's end around the same time so the streets will be very very crowd.

"Still a wonderful show"

I first saw Phantom in Toronto in about 1992. It was a the first Broadway musical I had seen live and it was thrilling. It was exciting to see it again, this time on Broadway and with my daughter. It is still a wonderful show. The music is magnificent and I love the sets. A couple of issues though. The songs with multiple singers were very, very hard to understand. You should be able to pick out individual voices at different times when they are all singing different things and instead you couldn't understand anything. The theater was beautiful but the bathroom facilities are not sufficient. Spent the whole intermission in line for the bathroom and barely made it back to our seats at they were turning off the lights. I still love Phantom but the experience wasn't quite as magical for my daughter as it was for me 25 years ago.

While visiting NY my family and I saw 3 broadway shows. This was one of them, because my daughter has been wanting to see this one for some time. It usually comes to Tampa once a year, but only for a few days and books up fast. She loved it! The actors did a phenomenal job. It was absolutely beautiful!

So I went here last week and I can tell you, it's simply amazing. I'm a big fan of Phantom of the Opera, But I've never seen the play before. Only the anniversary on YouTube and stuff. I was really looking forward to it and I had extremely high expectations. Guess what, I did not get disappointed at all! It was so much better than i could have imagined. The theatre is beautiful, the sets were amazing and the costumes were just... wow! If you're a big fan, go see it! If you're not and you don't know anything about Phantom, go see it! You will not get disappointed. I had goosebumps almost the entire time. There's only one thing that I didn't like, and that was the actor who played the Phantom, Labour. He was only singing and acting, not living his role. So he did not get to me at all, which was very odd. But despite his performance, the show was amazing!!! I highly recommend this one
