A classic Broadway show that should be on everyone’s “must-see” list. To this day I am amazed by the theatrics and mechanics of the boat scene!

"The best feature in NYC!"
March, 2016
My husband and I attended this broadway the first week of March 2016. We were a little skeptical as our favorite version of the show is the 25th anniversary show at the Royal Albert Hall. We were NOT disappointed with this broadwAy production in NYC. It was everything we expected and more and loved every minute of it. We purchased our tickets through Reserve NYC and got 2nd row seats for discounted prices!

The Phantom of the Opera is my all time favorite play and to have an opportunity to see it center stage just a couple of rolls back in New York City on Broadway is an experience like no other and I will remember this always. Couldn't have gotten this great seat if it hadn't been for reserve new york.

Thoroughly enjoyed Phantom of the Opera at the Majestic Theatre! Even though we were in the rear mezzanine we were able to view every part of the production well. We only had trouble hearing the very beginning dialog because of the acoustics but it didn’t effect the overall experience. Highly recommend you see The Phantom!

A fantastic experience to enjoy! A meanwhile classic opera in a genuine atmospheric theater. I suggest to buy your tickets online (I used Telecharge). Ticket prices are reasonable. Avoid bringing backpacks with you (they will be inspected - there is a small charge for this). The show itself is magical.

We decided to pay for the more expensive tickets so we could get good seats $150 each, but I have to say it was well worth it as it was a once in a lifetime experience, everything from the signing the action the stage presence was exceptional. The Set was a amazing changing its appearance in minutes, and the special effects were brilliant, I couldn’t fault it. The drinks at the bar were expensive $18 each for first drink and $9 for refill

"The Classic of Broadway!"

This show is the longest running show on Broadway for a good reason. Stunning visuals, intense music, dramatic costumes, and a compelling story. The opening overture when the chandelier rises above you is an experience I hope anyone would want to see. My tips: 1.The Majestic Theatre is older and the seats are a bit on the closer and smaller side. I suggest trying to get an aisle seat or a front row in a section for more leg room if you think this would be an issue for you. 2. You can buy Phantom tickets day of for around 30-50% off at TKTS Times Square (located below the red steps in Times Square). Do not feel daunted by the line, it will move quickly once the sale starts. Your seats will probably end up being in ORCH on far sides, but you can really see the actors when you sit that close. 3. Read the synopsis of the musical. One of the main critiques for completely new Phantom watchers is that the story can feel confusing, so I recommend going into it like you would an actual a general synopsis. 4. If you're coming into this from your love of the 2004 movie, know that the movie and the actual musical have two separate atmospheres to them. The musical can do things the movie can't and vice versa, so go in with an open mind (only mentioning this b/c a viewer close to me was let down b/c she expected this to be scene for scene from the movie, it's not).
