A classic Broadway show that should be on everyone’s “must-see” list. To this day I am amazed by the theatrics and mechanics of the boat scene!

"The best feature in NYC!"
March, 2016
My husband and I attended this broadway the first week of March 2016. We were a little skeptical as our favorite version of the show is the 25th anniversary show at the Royal Albert Hall. We were NOT disappointed with this broadwAy production in NYC. It was everything we expected and more and loved every minute of it. We purchased our tickets through Reserve NYC and got 2nd row seats for discounted prices!
Tip: Show up more than an hour early, lines can be long and hectic. You do not need to wait in the ticket box office line if you buy your tickets through here, just go straight in to the main entrance line.

"My favorite play on Broadway! !!!!"
July, 2015
The Phantom of the Opera is my all time favorite play and to have an opportunity to see it center stage just a couple of rolls back in New York City on Broadway is an experience like no other and I will remember this always. Couldn't have gotten this great seat if it hadn't been for reserve new york.
Tip: Arrive early and keep in mind that most of the theater's end around the same time so the streets will be very very crowd.

The cast and the music and just amazing and this is a must do while in NYC!!!! We had front row Mezzanine and it was worth the price because to my opinion they are best seats in the house! I have seen Phantom 4x and love the music and the story line. It has been a few years since I have seen it in NYC and I definitely notice it has had some reworking done to the set, lighting and a bit to the script itself. It was a bit unexpected as each time previously I have seen it before it was 100% consistently the same so it did throw me off a bit and I actually like the original format better; however this one is still a magnificent show not to be missed The Majestic theater is a beauty and be sure to look up and all around to take in the glorious architecture. The acoustics are just what you would expect on Broadway and the acting and choreography flawless. We got in line about 1:15pm for a 2:00pm matinee and the line had begun to form already so be sure to get there early.

The sets were beautiful. The actors were amazing. The show was just wonderful. The door staff and ushers were not the best. We were on a field trip with our school band. The guy went through our bags and threw out all the kids snacks for the ride home. We were not going to eat them in the theater we just had to carry them because we couldn't leave them on the bus.
