A classic Broadway show that should be on everyone’s “must-see” list. To this day I am amazed by the theatrics and mechanics of the boat scene!

"The best feature in NYC!"
March, 2016
My husband and I attended this broadway the first week of March 2016. We were a little skeptical as our favorite version of the show is the 25th anniversary show at the Royal Albert Hall. We were NOT disappointed with this broadwAy production in NYC. It was everything we expected and more and loved every minute of it. We purchased our tickets through Reserve NYC and got 2nd row seats for discounted prices!

Tip: Show up more than an hour early, lines can be long and hectic. You do not need to wait in the ticket box office line if you buy your tickets through here, just go straight in to the main entrance line.

July, 2015
The Phantom of the Opera is my all time favorite play and to have an opportunity to see it center stage just a couple of rolls back in New York City on Broadway is an experience like no other and I will remember this always. Couldn't have gotten this great seat if it hadn't been for reserve new york.

I’ll start off by saying, I am no theater buff. This is the one and only show on Broadway we have been to. Took my wife here on our 10th anniversary. It was fabulous and we loved it. The production itself was much more than we expected. The props, orchestra, all of the singers (particularly the Phantom and Christine) were on point and hit every note. We sat in the center, third row of the front mezzanine and they were visually the best seats in the house. There are things going on up there (visually and audibly) that you are probably not going to get sitting in the orchestra. We ordered our tickets several months ahead of time through one of the discount websites for just over $100 a piece. Would recommend that if premium seating is important to you. The seats were a bit cramped, so I’m not sure if there are any better seats for comfort? May want to do some research if you are a large/very tall person. You may be able to get a seat with a few more inches of legroom. Highly recommend!!!

The stage, the songs, all the actors voices and specially the voice of the Phantom, was all amazing. You really get transported to the story. And mostly because all the story is inside a theater, so you feel with all the surroundings you and inside all. A great experience!

"Literally brought tears to my eyes"

This was the most incredible musical I've ever seen. I had read the reviews and knew people who'd gone so I was expecting a treat, but nothing like this. The sets, the costumes, the music - it was all just fantastic. But the singing - oh! The actor playing the Phantom at the moment has a voice so wondrous it literally brought me to tears. All the performers are marvellous singers but he really is something special. And such a charismatic performer! I can't recommend this show enough, and I wish I could go again and again! If I did - and this is my only piece of advice - I would not sit on the front row of the mezzanine. They were great seats visually, but no legroom to speak of. I'm a short person and I had quite sore knees by the end due to not being able to stretch at all, so it must be quite uncomfortable for taller people. If you like a bit of room, avoid those seats. Otherwise, it was a magnificent experience!

"Absolutely Amazing!!!"

This was my second time seeing the show and it was just as amazing as the first! There aren’t enough words to describe how incredible this show is. Great music, great acting, and even better effects! Now I will say it is very difficult to choose seats. Obviously if money is no issue for you than go for the expensive seats and enjoy the show...IF, however, you are concerned with cost we found great seats for a very reasonable price. We were in the front mezzanine 5th or 6th row back towards the center of the left side. I believe it was row E. These were great seats for $75 per person. I found that this was the best value and everyone in our party (6 of us) were able to see the show without any problems. I would strongly suggest NOT getting the back orchestra seats. These have highly obstructive views of the show. Another few tips: No need to arrive early to the show if you already have tickets purchased...15 mins would be sufficient. otherwise you’ll be just standing there waiting in a large crowd of people to get to your seat. Obviously purchase tickets in advance and print them out. Use the restroom BEFORE the intermission for obvious reasons. Bring your own snacks/candy in your purse as you would for a movie theatre (I paid five dollars for a bag of M&Ms) Wear something comfortable… The seats are incredibly close together and cramped… If you are a heavy set person consider an isle seat on either end as you will feel very restricted. For this same reason I would highly suggest brining as few bags as possible.... there is literally nowhere to put your stuff. Enjoy the show!! It is a memorable experience that should be on everyone’s bucket list.
