"The best feature in NYC!"
March, 2016
My husband and I attended this broadway the first week of March 2016. We were a little skeptical as our favorite version of the show is the 25th anniversary show at the Royal Albert Hall. We were NOT disappointed with this broadwAy production in NYC. It was everything we expected and more and loved every minute of it. We purchased our tickets through Reserve NYC and got 2nd row seats for discounted prices!
Tip: Show up more than an hour early, lines can be long and hectic. You do not need to wait in the ticket box office line if you buy your tickets through here, just go straight in to the main entrance line.

"My favorite play on Broadway! !!!!"
July, 2015
The Phantom of the Opera is my all time favorite play and to have an opportunity to see it center stage just a couple of rolls back in New York City on Broadway is an experience like no other and I will remember this always. Couldn't have gotten this great seat if it hadn't been for reserve new york.
Tip: Arrive early and keep in mind that most of the theater's end around the same time so the streets will be very very crowd.

"Reason this show has been around so long"

My son's first trip to NYC and with so many choices of plays, it was nice to see a classic. There is a reason this play has been here for so long. The actors and set were amazing. Nice theater and even though we were about 10 rows from the top, we had a great view and we could hear fine since there is little dialogue and mostly singing in this play. Good location right in the heart of Times Square/Theater District.

We stayed in NYC for 6 nights and a play at the Broadway was a must. We got in line early (9:30) for the TKTS counter at Times Square for afternoon tickets. We got tickets for 108 $ and were excited to see the show. We were not disappointed. Our 11 year old son enjoyed the show to the max (even thoug not understanding a word as he doesn't speak any English) as it was filled with a lot of pyro and light effects. We would definitely recommend to go there. The cast was brillant, the singing just amazing, the costumes, the stage,... all perfect. AND, even us as non-native speakers, could understand the text and context of the songs. ;-)

Theater at its best. The music, the actors, the dancing -- all excellent quality. These features combined with the emotion of the story and the wonderful set work and they seem to have captured the best magic of theater. Our group of 5 included two kids ages 12 and nine and three adults, all of whom we're captivated throughout. As for the more mundane aspects, those were nice as well. The seats are very comfortable at the Majestic Theater and the concessions ample. The bathrooms are more than adequate for the men but many women were stuck in line during the 15 minute single intermission when the play resumed. Overall, it seems completely unsurprising that Phantom is the longest running Broadway play. I've been three times and am already excited for my fourth.

For anyone who has not seen the show and is thinking is it worth it I can tell you the answer is a re-sounding yes . Sitting in front mezzanine near center which commands a great view of the stage we sat back and enjoyed a wonderful performance by the cast . The set , effects and of course music and singing was of the professional level you expect off Broadway show. The Majestic theatre is an old style theatre and while you may be queuing a while to enter and take /leave your seats it is worth it all. A brilliant show, one which we would consider going back to see again next time in NYC
