great location of hotel. Hotel is small is it is more of a boutique hotel. Very "homey" feel.. Rooms are very clean, bed is comfortable. Rooms are small, however, this is NYC. It was perfect as were not in the room very much. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Our second Christmas season shopping trip staying at The Iroquois. Excellent location mid point between Rockefeller Ctr and Times Sq. Easy walk to both along with restaurants and Broadway shows. Hotel service is good starting with bellmen who greet you at curb (Carlos and JJ are standouts) to front desk team (Ana a standout) to the housekeeping team. Concierge Bill gave us good restaurant tips and secured great Hello Dolly tickets for us. Hotel recently renovated the rooms...very nice European feel....especially the Frette sheets and towels!

A wonderful experience and the most pleasant staff we have come across on any if our trips. Shade and Amanda at the front desk were wonderful helping us with a theater ticket mixup that could have been a disaster. Great location, courteous staff, and lovely accomodations made this a memorable trip.

My wife and I were very pleased with all aspects of our stay. The room was very comfortable; we were delighted to be in one of newly updated rooms. All the staff were both helpful and pleasant. All the plusses of staying at a smaller boutique hotel.
