"A pleasant stay overall."

We only stayed here two nights over the weekend but I had a pretty nice experience. Good location in FiDi, clean rooms, and fine service. We didn’t partake in the hotel restaurants (why would you, if you’re in the city?) so I can’t speak on those - we did end up with a great view in our room, which was great!

"Horrible experience"

My boyfriend and I recently stayed at this hotel. When we pulled back the sheets to get into bed on our first night we noticed drops of blood throughout the linens on the bed including the pillows and comforter. It was clear the sheets hadn't been changed since the previous guests. Not wanting to sleep on someone else's blood we called the front desk hoping to get clean linens. Two individuals came to our room, one identified himself as the night manager. The woman did not identify herself. She then proceeded to say that there was no way the sheets weren't changed and it must be our blood on the bed. She accused us of lying and said someone would be up to change the bed. As she left she grabbed the pillow that had the most blood on it and took it with her. (In retrospect I assume she took it because she did not want us taking pics of it). I'm not sure what she thought we would get out of this encounter if it were in fact our blood. All we wanted was fresh linens. It is not like we were asking for anything besides a clean bed. Also, if it were our blood we obviously wouldn't have had a problem sleeping there. A man came up about 20 minutes later, knocked on the door, handed us a pile of sheets, and walked away. We had to take the bloody sheets off the bed and change the bed ourselves. The next morning we noticed more blood on the shower curtain (neither of us had showered in the room yet) and that the glasses in the room had lip marks and finger prints on them from prior guests. Please do yourself a favor and do not stay here.

Not only is the hotel in a great location, next to WTC site, it's covienant to the subway to get to anyway you need to go. Clean rooms, good amenities, great, friendly, and more than helpful staff. On my last stay they found out I was retiring and even sent a bottle of champagne to my room. Although I won't be traveling as often I will be back to this hotel whenever I'm in NYC. Thanks so much Millennium!!

"Almost Great!"

So when you are able to find the front entrance, and if it is cold outside, do not expect the doorman to help you. They will watch from inside as you struggle. The rooms are spacious. The location is great for the financial district at WTC memorial. The front desk staff is very helpful!

"Very dated and uncomfortable "

The whole hotel needs to be completely refurbished. The rooms are so dated and very noisy. Unfortunately the beds are not comfortable either. On the plus side if you are on the higher floors the view is great. I would not stay here again.
