Staff were extremely rude and seemed like they hate their job and if you dont like it they dont care. The zombie game was off the entire time we were there because the machines got too hot!lol racing game made you puke nobody actually finished it! The staff were very unconsiderate and they treat you like they are too good to be talking to you . Very pricey ! I was at a game and i was done playing and the staff that was supposed to be there walked off to do something, i kept calling for her and no response so i took my equipment off and another staff came and started yelling at me haha really dont go!! I feel like its too early for vr needs a couple more years and more professional people! Go buy a vr set instead;)

"Kids loved it but they’re easily pleased "

Visited today as the kids were dying to come here. On entry, they took payment twice and refused to return one of the payments. Also found it very disappointing that “young children must be accompanied by an adult” and that ALL guests including chaperones must pay the same rate. You need a wristband to have a go on anything so surely if you don’t pay (as you shouldn’t as a chaperone who’s not playing), you don’t get a wristband and therefore cannot play. Nobody will say no to paying so as not to upset their children! Furthermore, considering the time of year, the time you’d expect a little happiness, more than one member of staff walked round with a bear like a sore head and a bad attitude. My children didn’t want to approach these staff for help. Maybe they would be more suited working in a prison at this time of year. This place is close to being great, but a few things need to be sorted first and then it really will be a draw!

"Great fun for all ages at VR World"

This was a 5-star experience all around! The ability of the equipment and programming to transport you into the game was simply amazing. We bought the 2-hour package for $39 and could easily have spent more time using the all-day $59 ticket. We went off-peak and did not have to wait more than a few minutes for any experience, but still did not have time to do everything we wanted to do. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Nadeem, who took it upon himself to recommend specific experiences and walk us around to them, and to Kevin from Tech, who patiently addressed our questions about the technology. This would be a great experience for families/groups with people of all ages as long as there are no objections to shooter games, which are the majority (but not all) of the programs.

"3 kids , Rainy Day- Had a blast"

It was pouring outside, I promised my kids to see some sights . Most things like this are hard with 3 little ones on my own, but it was not over crowded, and easy to get around. Staff was pleasant and helpful, I even had fun -and I'm not a gamer. I felt comfortable leaving my two older ones on their own, and me and smallest played together. We spent 5 hrs there, kids didn't get bored. Great thing to do if weather is bad, or kids need a break from sightseeing. Would be good for someone who cannot walk, or has limited mobility, with elevators and can sit in wheelchair and put on goggles. Good clean bathrooms and a drinks bar.

I went at opening hour on a Saturday. I had a fun time. Some assistants were helpful, others not so much (I think they are used to dealing with adolescents). .By the time I left (2hrs) there was a line at the door. Recommend for a rainy morning near Times
