Went on the ride with my parents and my two teenage sons. Everyone loved the ride! The tour/show was done very well. The bus is moving the MC's are talking, joking, and singing. There is lots to see in the city and on the sidewalks. The placement of the street performers is great! There is never a doll moment on the ride. I would definitely recommend this for people to do, and next time in town I might even do this again.

Krista was our guide during this adventure through Downtown and she was fantastic! I've lived in NYC, and visited countless times since I left ... this is a MUST DO for anyone visiting NYC.

"Cancelled TWICE. Very disappointing"

Have taken the Ride two years ago on our previous trip ti NYC with our grandchildren. We wanted to do it again with another grandchild. We scheduled the 6pm trip days ahead. A few days prior to the trip we were emailed that there were "mechanical difficulties" and the 6pm trip was cancelled. They suggested the 7:45pm trip. It was late for our grandchild but we changed our one day NYC itinerary to accommodate the change. We picked up out tickets at the box office (in a souvenir shop next to a peep show and liquor store) with no discussion of any further problems. After tooling around Times Square for a couple hours waiting for the Ride to begin we lined up only to be told that there were "mechanical problems" and the Ride was being cancelled. To say that we were disappointed is an understatement!! Their explanation didn't fit the timetable. An offer for another day didn't work for our one day outing.

"Kids (10&13) loved it!"

My kids and I loved it! I originally booked "the tour" but there was an issue that was quickly and professionally handled by Kristin P (thanks!!!) and we went on "the ride" instead. If you are looking for a full blown tour then "the tour" is probably better but "the ride" took us around and they also gave us lots of information but focused on a fun ride with lots of rider interaction with the outside of the bus people. The street performers that are associated with "the ride" were fun and really amazing! The kids loved it!!! (So did I). Thanks to "the ride" for fixing the potential problem we had.

The ride was absolutely amazing! It was one of our favorite things we did. The two hosts were hilarious and we laughed the entire time! The only negative I have to say is that it wasn't long enough!! I could have rode around in circles for hours with those two!! You have to do it!!
