"Grandsons Loved It"
October, 2015
It is sometimes a tough thing to impress one's grandsons. Ripley's Beleive It or Not really solved that problem for this grandmother. My grandsons, aged 13 and 11 really got into all of the exhibits and had a great time!!! Their mother and I also found a lot of the stories extremely interesting and on the whole, this is a great, fun experience for the whole family.

"Great for the Family"
March, 2015
This was a great experience for my entire family. We have a 3 and 13 year old and both enjoyed it. It was also enjoyable for the adults. Great experience to see different things, and a way for the entire family to interact with each other.

"If your kids are into weird stuff, they will enjoy this"
January, 2015
A reasonable collection of weird kind of stuff. An eclectic mix. My kids enjoyed it, especially the end section which is quite interactive. They also liked the 'weird photo' opportunities. It is reasonably presented, though I think somewhat overpriced. At half the price I would have said it was a good deal, so it was good to get slightly discounted tickets.

"Random Girls Day"

It was a random girls day with my daughter. We had fun, however, I feel like they could make it more exciting & interactive. We paid extra for the “Ripley’s Relic” & it wasn’t worth it AT ALL! It was literally a 5 minute activity & our host was BORING to say the very least.

You won't be missing out on much if you decide to skip checking this place out. I thought this place would be interesting because I used to love to read the Ripley's Believe It or Not books when I was younger. It's just too bad that some of the staff were rude, and this place was relatively boring and quick to get through. I think picking up one of the books is almost more interesting than coming to this place. Might also be more enjoyable to pre-teens and teenagers. Also make sure to order tickets online to receive a discount.

"Good attraction,shame about the staff."

This is a good attraction for our pre teen kids. It was very quiet compared to the hassle and bussle of times square. On arrival the staff who looked like they were all having a really bad day were all standing in front of the doorway. I wasn't sure if it was shut. It was open, unfortunately they wouldn't accept our ticket bar codes unless they were printed out on their printer. We spent over an hour trying to do this, the person on the till wanted us to stand outside! After an hour of sending the printer emails and nothing happening, I asked if they could just let us in as clearly we had paid. They begrudgingly did. What a bizarre way to treat customers. And a complete waste of our time. I'm not sure why all the staff hang around the door because in the hour we were there only one person was on the till.

The exhibits were nice but the best part of the visit was the kindness of your employees. All of them are polite and friendly. In particular at the Relic Exhibit. My son was nervous to go in and the Youngman working the exhibit named Conrad was so nice and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure my son enjoyed himself.
