a fun walk through famous people... some statues are better than others, you can have a good time, taking photos with the stars... but at the end, you spent between 1 and 2 hours, and it was not so amazing as you may have thought...

I wanted to check this out to see what the hype was...I still don’t get it...yes some of the wax figures are really well done, but most are just ok. For the price of admission, I wouldn’t say it’s worth it. We bought the sightseeing pass and had some extra time at night, since it’s open late we decided to go in, but I would’ve been mad if I paid their admission price.

"A day with the stars"

Madame Tussauds New York is a terrific wax museum. The wax figures are realistic looking and you can take selfies with them. The figures cover movie stars, sports standouts, painters, superheros, and royalty. There is even a figure of Madame Tussaud herself. The museum included a special exhibit of Marvel superheros, but there were very few figures in that exhibit, so it came off to me as a little weak. Get to the museum early; the museum is in crowded Times Square, so the lines getting in can be quite long as the day progresses. It was a fun time and I’ll bring family and friends next time I go.

Called in as part of our New York pass and our friends were tired and wanted an extra hour chilling out in the bar. You know exactly what you are going to get st Tussaud’s the world over but discovered my sister who was on the trip had never visited one. So a quick trip round with lots of selfies sorted that. Always quality though at Tussauds no matter which you visit.
