There are not many wax models considering the amount of space it occupies. Which is probably why the place is run down and dirty. The walls are dirty and missing big areas of paint. The cost of the standard ticket is $34...not worth it. There are additional options which you have to pay extra for.. It's a rip off. The staff however bored were friendly enough. Oh why is scary spice missing from the group?

Well worth a visit to Madame Tussaud's Times Square. Closes at 10pm very early for that area. Lots of different waxworks from uk version. Skull island and the new ghostbusters are there!! Really worth a visit. Fastrack the line using New York pass. Not as busy as London and no ride.

I brought my children here this past weekend-ages 19 and 11. They both loved it. The wax figures are so lifelike my little one was nervous to touch them at first. The ghostbusters interactive virtual reality experience is amazing. Suit up and step into a virtual reality ghost busters video game, laser shooting the ghosts, walking ledges over NYC etc. Also due to only a certain amount of people at a time, the crowds are not bad and its a nice break in the middle of Midtown.

Haven't been to a Madame Tussaud's since London 94 and it still feels like it's 1994 .. The models are a little disappointing & the actual setting needs a lick of paint, some cleaning and attention to detail . We had a discarded pantie liner under our seat in the 3D super hero movie .The layout is confusing as it was not only us getting lost . There wasn't even a good bye on the way out to thank you for your $49 USD ... Value for money this is not . Sorry 😐

Again, another great experience. Great exhibitions, and also, good customer service there. It's something I'd recommend you do, when in NYC, hand down. Have a blast taking silly poses with the real looking wax figures of celebrities, and other movie characters, that freaked my husband out, all because they look so real. Fun without paying for the ghost buster experience. Why? You get to walk through that anyway. Fun without paying for the Marvel experience. Why? You get to walk through that anyway, but just not enter the show. Save your money and buy a general ticket. You'll still have a blast. What a gem, for NYC.
