We went here as we had a package deal and it was included plus it was really close to our hotel. It was a pretty interesting spot and cool to see the wax figures. Some were really good and others I didnt think looked that much like the personality they were suppose to be, but overall it was a fun and unique place that you dont find just anywhere.

There is about 3 levels with different themes. The wax models look really life like. Apparently they change them every few months. Great photos. There was a ghost busters section which was pretty cool. Cost around $40-$70 usd depending on which sections you want to see. To purchase pics they take of you start from about $25. These tickets can be included on city pass tickets if you get one. Drinks and lollies can be purchased on way though and there is toilets available.

We went there because my niece wanted to see Kate McKinnon's wax figure, and we wanted to do the Ghostbusters Experience. We had so much fun posing with all the figures. The Ghostbusters Experience was fantastic! We were put into the vests and headgear and handed a gun like in the movie and then let loose on a visual interactive set. We had so much fun, I have never experienced anything like it. All the employees we came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. The girl that was in the room that Kate McKinnon's figure was in was so patient with the tons of photos my niece took, she could not have been more friendly or pleasant. It was a wonderful visit.

The price was $37.02 for one adult and it was okay. I would recommend going if you really need something to do, but most of the figures don't actually look like the person. It was very crowded, so we had to wait for a while to take pictures. They only had one person working the wax hand station, so that was a 20 minute wait.

"Fun but expensive"

We went to Madame Tussaud's in May 2017. It was fun and most of the wax figures were very realistic. We were disappointed with the number of wax figures. We thought there would be more. That being said, we also thought it was very expensive for what you got. On the other hand, we had a really good time with the figures we saw and my family thought it was cool. We are glad we did it once, but it probably isn't a place we will go back.
