This company is an absolute scam! From start to finish they have been an absolute nightmare! We purchased tickets online for a 3 day hop on/hop off bus tour with attractions included after chatting with a guy on the street. We were advised that the bus would go past stops every 15-20 mins which sounded great! Once we purchased the tickets online, we were advised that in order to "collect" our tickets that we needed to venture into the middle of NYC at their customer centre. Upon arriving there was a queue a mile long... we waited over 45 mins to collect the tickets. Upon collecting the tickets we were stopped in our tracks on our way out by a "Wyndham" salesperson who tried to sell us a gift card by attending one of their seminars! He was extremely pushy and I had to be rude to him to get away!! Now the fun part.... we did as we were told and waited at a designated bus stop to use our bus tickets.... we waited and waited.... an hour went past and no bus! Not the 15-20 mins we had been told! (We watched about 5 Big Bus go past in that time!) Finally a bus came past and we waited by the bus stop with our hand up and then watched as the bus drove straight past us! I immediately rang the company and asked why this had happened, they simply said another bus would be along soon! After waiting another half hour or so we ended up leaving the bus stop! I phoned customer service and again and said this was unacceptable and we would like a refund, she said this was fine and to return to where we had picked up the tickets to fill out the paperwork! Upon arriving there, we discussed with the manager who advised they don't do refunds but that we could fill out a complaint form, give them back the tickets and "hope for the best!" Whilst waiting for the manager initially, the guy from Wyndham again came over and tried to scam us again!!!!! I did not wish to have anything to do with this company so we handed the tickets back, filled out our paperwork and left. My "complaint form and refund request" was initially rejected.... stating they don't do refunds as per their terms and conditions. I read the terms and conditions available online and nowhere did it state that! So I phoned them again, advised of this and stated I would take the matter further if the issue was not sorted out! After several phone calls and emails I finally received my refund! Absolutely hopeless company who did not care about their customers whatsoever..... they are there to steal your money! Absolute SCAM!!!

We booked the NY Freestyle Pass which included a 72h hop-on/hop-off bustour and 3 attracties. The busses left in front of our hotel for the downtown and uptown tour. It's a great way to see lots in a short timeframe. The guides are very different, some of them do it with great enthousiasm, others not so much. We really liked Darius from the Brooklyn tour, he got the biggest tip from us. The Bronx tour wasn't special, we had no info on this tour but it was nice to see it. The cheapest ways to get these tours is to book them in a pass, that's how you save money in the end.

Streets of NYC too busy to make this a good experience. More time spent in traffic than seeing any sights. Got off after an hour on bus and only seeing 3 sights. Other factors for low rating: annoying long line to exchange online voucher for tickets and rude bus driver who did not want to open bus door until he was tipped.
