Terrible service. Queues to get on buses and most buses were full. Felt sorry for the drivers as it wasn't their fault. Tickets seemed to have been oversold.

We came to NYC for 5 days and did the 72 hour pass plus 3 attractions. It is a good value and a great way to see the city. This pass gives you access to upper and lower manhattan as well as access to the ferry tour as well as Brooklyn. Tour narrators are knowledgeable and pleasant. Highly recommended. Hop on, hop off is a great way to get to the different attractions! The downside is the folks on the street who sell the tickets are pushy and not very nice to be honest. I would recommend purchasing your ticket on line and avoiding the street agents all together. Additionally, the entire 5 days, anytime we passed a street agent, it didn't matter where on the street, they stepped right into our path and we had to stop and tell them we already had tickets. The reason I give four stars instead of five is due to the agents. I found the overall tour a 5. The agents i would truly rate as a 1!

Depending which bus you hopped on depended on the quality of the tour guide, we had a 2 day ticket and experienced 4 different guides, 2 good, 1 average and 1 none-existant (the driver did this but the upstairs sound link didn't work)

First, we did not do the bus so we have no review of that. We did the flex pass. I do not recommend using it for food the restaurants on their list are not good. Make sure you do the math on how much u will be saving for each sight. Some museums are actually free so not worth it.

This place was a blast! So much to see and discuss. On a full stomach, I could've spent 3 hrs looking through everything ;)
