Best Groupon of the year. Teen daughter also loved it and met some really nice tourists from all over. Nice overview of the sites from the rivers view- a great first timers intro to the lay of the land. Learned a lot about the many bridges and enjoyed those views as well.

"Not impressed!!"

If this had a zero category I would have chosen that!! I booked a 3 day sight seeing tour with this bus company with my husband and 2 teenagers. We did get on and get off where we wanted but waited in lines for hours!! Got stuck in China Town on a corner waiting for HOURS!!! They were rude in the office in Times Square!! We got very little guidance. Would have been nice to know you need a special ticket to certain places!! On the first day, Our first stop was 9/11 memorial...guess what... You can't go in there. You only have access to the 9/11 "tribute museum" which is 5 blocks down the road!! And less than impressive!! We had to pay to go to the museum of natural history because you need to get a "special ticket at the office" which no one bothered to tell us (despite the advertising on the bus) that is not part of the pass!! Very misleading!! I called to talk to a very nice lady who filed a complaint of ruining a 2 of 4 day visit to NYC, I wanted some form of repayment!! I told her I didn't need total reimbursement since we did actually get in the bus!! But after spending $800 for 4 people it was totally not worth it!! Spent extra money on taxis and Ubers to get us where we needed to go!! Been home for 2 weeks and I've heard nothing from the bus company!! totally recommend spending a little extra money and do the "big bus" and "NYC pass". You get into anything and go everywhere!! Those people passed us up all day long!! Warning, You get what you pay for!! SCREWED!!

We waited 45 minute in line just to have our tickets scanned! We wasted more time waiting on their procedures while on the bus. In regards to our guide... he was very funny and informative! We felt bad that he had to apologize for the company. Our guide saved the hop on hop off tour!
