Trip Advisor – Carey Gibbs - May 16, 2018 Took the Brooklyn tour at night with tour guide Carey Gibbs and glad that we got him. A native New Yorker he told us stories that you would not read about in the guidebooks. His voice was clear and professional and I appreciated the way he addressed key members of our group, adding a little fact with fiction about the old Mafia hang outs around Court Street in Carol Gardens. His presentation and delivery was funny and he kept us laughing at key spots on the tour. There is a lot to talk about old Brooklyn and I appreciated how he handled questions while providing a little bit of history along the way. He was thoroughly prepared for recommendations for restaurants and gave us directions emphasizing the ones that gave reasonable prices . I hope I get Carey again the next time I visit NYC.

We bought 3 day all around the city pass including 90 min ferry ride ( really nice) and Ticket to the NY museum, for 59usd. We especially enjoyed Night Tour with tour guide named ROBBY.Not only he had amazing knowledge about Manhattan- no surprise, he was born and grew up there - but also the way he spoke was interesting and full of funny facts. Every from at least 10 tour guides we met had some new information and cool stories. Using the all town pass gives you opportunity to go pretty much everywhere you would like in the convenient way:) Well done!

I got the tickets thru Groupon and I would definitely recommend it for anyone who wanted to cut to the chase and see the main parts of downtown NYC. The tour is very informative and safe and not long at all as in it won't take all day. I took the downtown tour and saw Madison square garden. Empire state bldg. Fifth ave. Times square and so on. It's worth the money and don't listen to bad reviews :) it's a safe way to explore NYC and you can hop off and on as you like as the buses do run every twenty min or so.

Whenever we would go to nyc we would always pick citysights.noone would come close to the knowledge and friendliness of staff and frequency of the buses. Unfortunately this trip it has been the complete opposite. We waited for the uptown buses mid afternoon and we had quite possibly the grumpiest member of staff there helping with customer enquires. There was just music playing on channel 2 for 3/4 of the loop tour . The next day didn't get much better. The only saving grace was a member of your team called Phyllis! She was a dream to listen to. Unfortunately she left the bus at battery park. When we reboarded a hour or so later we had another guide. He wasn't up to the standard we had come to expect from them.Quite unnessarry comments were made whilst the bus was in motion. We decided not use the remainder of our tickets. If you do chose a bus tour and I do think people should try it, definatly do the night tour. They are informative and you can have a giggle along the way with some of the best views of manhatten you will ever see
